Asparagus chive frittata with Arugula salad, lemon oregano potatoes and Birdseed bites

We will be making an Asparagus chive frittata that you will love having in your repertoire. Next we will bake up some birdseed bites. I developed these as a tribute to our family bird ‘Maple’. These can be enjoyed as a healthy dessert, snack, or even breakfast.
