Vegetarian Shepherd’s pie

This is a plant-based version of a traditional Shepherd’s pie. It is made with brown or green lentils, mushrooms and a delicious rich and saucy gravy. It is loaded with fibre, vegetables and is easy to make. This is my new go to recipe when I am craving healthy comfort food that is loaded with flavour.
