Meet Shauna

Cherries

Hi! My name is Shauna Lindzon, and I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 30 years of experience in the field of nutrition.

I began my career after graduating from the University of Manitoba in Foods and Nutrition and completing a Clinical Nutrition Internship at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.

I'm passionate about helping people live healthier lives through nutrition, especially those navigating illness, recovery, or chronic health challenges.

For me, nutrition is about more than eating well – it's about using food as a tool for healing, connection, and joy.

Over the years, I've worked in clinical settings, community organizations, and as a national media spokesperson.

My work has included consulting for restaurants, developing nutrition workshops, and sharing my knowledge through television and radio appearances.

I have also had the privilege of developing and leading corporate wellness programs with many amazing organizations, including the Wellspring Cancer Support Network and Baycrest's Kimel Centre for Brain Health and Wellness.

You may have even seen me compete on the Food Network's Wall of Chefs!

Today, I'm focused on what I love most: bringing people together through food!

For over 8 years, I’ve been leading cooking demonstrations that combine evidence-based nutrition with interactive culinary education. I’m passionate about helping people learn the skills to eat healthy while also making food they truly love.

My hope is that every guest leaves my classes with fresh ideas, confidence in the kitchen, and the joy of discovering how healthy eating can be both simple, flavourful, and so much fun!
