Anti-inflammatory foods – Highlighting foods studied for cancer prevention
This class will highlight foods that I have chosen to include in my teaching sessions for people who are at risk for cancer, have cancer, who have had cancer or are taking care of someone with cancer. Recipes will highlight seaweed, tofu, cruciferous vegetables, ginger, garlic, mushrooms, dark chocolate etc.
Recipes will include:
- Wakame seaweed salad
- Chickpea cauliflower curry
- Warm mushroom salad with ginger balsamic vinaigrette
- Salmon patties
- Chocolate pudding – two ways!
