This class will focus on recipes that the whole family will love. I have been enjoying the apple bites for a healthy grab and go breakfast. They are also perfect as a before or after the gym snack or as a satisfying dessert.
Recipes will include:
- Roasted tomato soup with cheesy garlic croutons
- Chinese five-spice chicken wings
- Cabbage slaw with mango and carrots
- Israel couscous with butternut squash and pinenuts
- Maple apple pecan bites
