I have been asked to do a class that follows the ‘keto’ lifestyle in a healthy way.
Recipes will include:

- Turkey meatballs with spaghetti squash and superfood rice
- Shirataki noodle pad thai
- Trail mix with coconut milk kefir and fresh berries
