Plant basing eating (simple vegan recipes)
You don’t have to be vegan to join this class. You just have to be interested in plant based recipes! There will be gluten free options to sample. Recipes will include:
- Classic hummus with rainbow carrots and corn crackers
- Greek lentil salad with vegan feta
- The best possible vegan mac and cheese (includes recipe for homemade vegan butter)
- Sheet pan orange tofu and broccoli
- Pistachio cranberry biscotti
