Swinging into Spring
This class will have the healthiest vegetarian salads, sides and sweets to enjoy during Spring. Recipes will include:
- Warm chickpeas with lime and fresh herbs
- Colourful loaded chopped salad with seared salmon
- Miso glazed eggplant
- Southwestern grain and bean salad
- Coconut lemon chia seed bites
Please note that the May 7th class is full! There are spots left in the evening class on May 28th!
