This recipe booklet contains:
- Grilled halloumi and peach salad
- Bulgar pilaf with celery, olives and dried fruit
- Crispy meat stuffed pitas (Arayes)
- Grilled zucchini with zaatar and lemon served over a yogurt tahini sauce
- Rugelach pinwheels
