Parchment wrapped salmon, warm Brussels sprouts slaw, and baked sweet potato with yogurt chive topping

Fish in parchment is traditonally cooked in the oven. This recipe will be cooked on the stove. We will be making the fish wrapped in parchment in a skillet with a lid. The bonus will be NO CLEAN-UP! Along side we will be making a super yummy shaved Brussels sprouts slaw, and baked sweet potatoes topped with yogurt and chive mixture. If you don’t like sweet potatoes, just substitute a regular potato.
