Exercise and cooking event with A Spoonful of Shauna and Glowfit by Lara

Over the past year I have been enjoying fantastic Zoom exercise classes with Lara Brodkin from Glow Fit by Lara. She is a certified group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and health coach. Check out her fitness approach here. Lara is an avid participant in my cooking classes and I love her positive attitude, energy, and spirit so it only seems natural for us to join forces! We will be doing a special event together this month.


Please join us for:

Two different fitness classes that will incorporate muscle toning, cardio and end with a short meditation followed by two unique cooking demos with recipes from A Spoonful of Shauna: Family Favourites e-cookbook. 

  1. Class #1: Saturday January 22nd 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (30 minute fitness class followed by 45 minute cooking demo featuring minestrone soup). Everything that you will need is here: Download the grocery list
  2. Class #2: Saturday January 29th 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. (30 minute fitness class followed by 45 minute cooking demo featuring a burrata plate and pomegranate apple avocado dip). Everything that you will need is here: Download the grocery list
  3. Registration includes a taped class that will be sent to all registrants.

The package is $85 which includes a copy of A Spoonful of Shauna: Family Favourites ecookbook. If you already have the book, price will be adjusted to $56.75 for the package.

*Suggested equipment for fitness class: Mat and weights of choice (ideally one light and one medium-heavy set).
