Are you and your teens looking for some covid-safe extra-curricular activities? Well, great news! I am now offering after-school Zoom cooking classes for teens. These VERY POPULAR group cooking classes are both fun and educational. The classes will be running every Wednesday from 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m. EST. Feel free to get some friends together and join as a group. So much fun for everyone! I will demonstrate step-by-step meal prep, along with nutrition education, food safety awareness, knife skills, and everything your teen will need to cook up delicious dinners.

In this video we made both the Mu Shu mixture and fried up some really easy Spring onion wraps. You can use egg as the protein or alternatively you can use tofu as a plant based protein in the vegetable stir fry. If you don’t wish to make the wraps, you have the option of making the stir fry with us and using store bought wraps. Whatever your preference is!
